The scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and fees are specified in written proposals, contracts, or agreements. Engagements with PALMBOX imply acceptance of our professional methodology, operational processes, and discretion.

5.2. Client responsibilities and warranties

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information and materials required for service delivery, including brand assets, logos, legal permissions, and approvals. PALMBOX shall not be liable for delays or outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.Clients warrant that their materials do not infringe third-party rights and indemnify PALMBOX against related claims. Clients also agree to comply with all applicable laws in relation to the use of the services.

5.3. Content ownership and intellectual property

All intellectual property, including creative concepts, designs, videos, graphics, and deliverables, remains the property of PALMBOX until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership rights transfer to the client for the specific agreed purpose. PALMBOX retains the right to showcase work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized reproduction or modification of content beyond the agreed scope is prohibited.The content of the Websites, including software, text, graphics, videos, and logos, is protected under intellectual property law. Any total or partial reproduction without prior written consent from PALMBOX is prohibited. The trademarks and domain names displayed on the Websites are also legally protected and may not be reproduced without authorization.

5.4. Fees, payment terms, and third-party costs
